Massage and Inflammation

A study has found that massage after strenuous exercise reduces inflammation. Lead author Mark Tarnopolsky MD, PhD suggests "Image courtesy of [vectorolie] /" that massage could be beneficial to a range of individuals such as those suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, chronic inflammatory disease and the elderly.
